About the event
Talk, listen, journal, breathe, stretch, relax, and connect with other women on their journey to healing. Includes journal, class materials, group Reiki & coaching, as well as light refreshments each session. Each weekly session is on Sundays from 3:00-4:30 PM EST at Bliss Day Spa and Salon Shelby, NC. There is no online for this session.
